Member-only story
brace twice for morning,
once when the monstrous before
chews your fingertips what
dangle over the edge of the
bed and once as your
fears turn to faces in the
inevitable glow of a sunrise
unsure. grace the detractors
nude and hiding what else.
claim the full moon and
wear it on a necklace what else. c’lapse
if my breath’s too hot, live
enough to evade taxes but
needing every day what else.
