jeremiah

a poem by jacob berg

art available @dullstyle

jeremiah dreams of light but
his feet are warm and
the rent is free. jeremiah
dreams of the world but
there’s ones in his head,
what beacon forever ain’t
extinguished by blubber no
trembling truth in the morning sun just
maybe in the flickering shadow.
